Custom beef:

Custom beef is more affordable, provides a full variety of cuts, and is processed locally by a reputable family-run butcher shop, Quadra-K Meats, usually.  They have a price/option sheet that we can send you upon request. 

When you order a half beef, the shop can cut it however you like it. If you order a mixed quarter, we can use a standard cut that is some what flexible. To have your beef cut by another shop or do it yourself, please let us know when ordering.
